Stone Riley's Magic Mirror Tarot Set
Do-It-Yourself Main Window

© 2006 by Stone Riley
Yes friends and neighbors !   Here is the do-it-yourself kit for a home hobby project that took me twenty-six years to finish.  (I hope it's easier for you.)  And these are the exact same files I use to manufacture the set in my studio.

Keep in mind that this is intended only for your personal use or as gifts.  You do not have permission to make money from this stuff, except that it's okay to charge money if you yourself personally do readings with it.  Please read the Copyright Info document   here   carefully to understand what's legal.  This is freeware, friend.  Thanks.

And how can I afford to make this exciting offer?  Well, why not?

Just in case you got here from somewhere else:    Magic Mirror main site    Stone Riley home site

Peace through justice.

Quick Start Guide

This is the little companion booklet for the two decks.   This is a good thing to start with.  It is the easiest part of the set to make, by far, and not too shabby in itself if you don't make anything else.  It has some decent micro-essays on a range of subjects and an amusing centerfold cartoon called "Project Schematic".

You can view the booklet   here  .

The text is   here  in an easy-reading format.

Instructions and files for making it are   here  .

Spirit Hill Tarot Print Sheets

This is how you make the full-color deck.  These sheets have four cards per sheet.  You print the sheets, turn them over and print the backs, laminate them if desired, cut the cards out of the sheets, and in no time at all there you are showing off your astonishing handiwork to envious friends and admiring members of the opposite (or whatever) sex.

But first go to the Help With Printing document   here   and read the Making Real Actual Cards section.

Simple Tarot Print Sheets

This is how you make the black and white deck.  These sheets have four cards per sheet.  You print the sheets, turn them over and print the backs, laminate them if desired, cut the cards out of the sheets, and in no time at all there you are showing off your astonishing handiwork to envious friends and admiring members of the opposite (or whatever) sex.  Really.

Packaging Construction

This is how you build the boxes for the two decks, and then also the outside box that the whole set goes in.  I think this stuff is cool.  When I was a little kid I used to take apart cardboard ceral boxes then re-assemble them in pristine condition except inside-out or otherwise somewhat morphed.  So enjoy.

Print and study the instruction sheets before beginning.  (You might or might not want the wrap sheets.)  To print, click on an image to enlarge it then print from that window.
